Since Midagon was founded in 2006, our purpose has been to redefine consulting. We have consistently built and exercised sustainable consulting practices based on trust, transparency, flexibility, and people’s well-being.

Today, we operate in three locations in Finland and Sweden: Espoo, Örebro and Stockholm with a continuously developing service portfolio.  

We are set on growing further, extending our influence across the Nordics and into the Northern European markets.

Ownership & Governance

Midagon is owned by its employees, management and Intera Partners, a Finnish private equity investor specialising in growth companies and the Nordic markets. Intera joined Midagon as a growth partner in 2021. We offer all our people the opportunity to become shareholders; more than half have joined.   

Midagon Group was formed in 2022. We want to stay close to our clients and believe we can best serve our clients with locally run businesses. The Group organisation supports the countries' strategy and business development through shared capabilities and services. 

Midagon's governance is based on our shared values, integrity, good leadership and internal operating principles ratified by the company. Midagon is committed to good corporate governance through compliance with applicable laws and regulations in all its operations. We constantly develop our governance model to support a responsible and profitable business.

At Midagon, we are committed to the UN Global Compact. We launched our ESG development program in 2023 and aim to publish it by 2024. 

Meet our Board of Directors

Midagon’s Board of Directors combines extensive experience from the Nordic markets, growth companies, consulting businesses, and business enterprises. The Board consists of the following members:

Our ethical principles are based on the laws and regulations that apply to all of us. However, we want to aim higher and do business fairly and responsibly, taking into account our people, clients, other stakeholders, the environment and society as a whole. 
 
Our shared values, client and employee promise support and guide our work. We are dedicated to our clients' success and operate transparently and honestly. For us, redefining consulting means helping solve our clients’ most complex challenges to make a difference in their business – without compromising our employees' well-being or healthy work-life balance. 
 
This Code of Conduct includes the ethical principles we expect our people, business partners and suppliers to familiarize themselves with and follow daily. It provides tools and support for exercising our company values in practice, preventing issues and taking action if violations occur.
