Midagon delivered a data-driven supply chain analysis for a well-known consumer brand in food processing industry. The data-driven process analysis was based on full year data extracted from the company’s ERP-system. The analysis was complemented with in-depth interviews of the company’s senior management and employees. On top of this, Midagon interviewed the company’s key customers to obtain a holistic understanding of the customer requirements and expectations.
Benefits and successful implementation
Based on the findings Midagon and the company formed an action plan for prioritized short-term tactical and long-term strategic recommendations for supply chain optimization. This intensive 10-week analysis was delivered as a service using process mining techniques.
