Efficiency and quality for workforce planning and payroll services
Midagon was responsible for planning and leading a workforce planning and payroll services renewal program in the food processing industry. This 18 month program was executed in a highly complicated multi-vendor environment involving several complex collective agreements. The program comprised of the following elements:
Terminating the existing payroll services outsourcing agreements and re-outsourcing to a new service provider including orchestrating the bidding and contract negotiation phase.
Implementing a new workforce planning and optimization solution provided as a cloud-service with an aim to reach substantial business benefits originating from workforce optimization.
Holistic renewal of all related HR, workforce planning and payroll processes.
The project yielded significant efficiency improvements in workforce planning as well as major improvements in the quality of the payroll services. Midagon acted as a trusted program manager helping the customer organization through the change journey.
