Banking and Insurance are Midagon's key strategic growth areas for 2022

For 2022, Midagon has selected the Banking and Insurance industries as its strategic growth areas. Midagon has a team of consultants with experience from various positions and development initiatives in the Banking and Insurance industries. We are now strengthening this team with targeted recruitments of senior-level Banking and Insurance industry experts.  

Midagon’s Program and Project Management, ICT Transformation and Mergers and Acquisitions offerings serve Banking and Insurance Industry companies very well, providing support for areas, such as cloudification, ICT cost optimization and ICT architecture design.  

In addition, Midagon will continue to expand its offering with Banking and Insurance specific services, in order to respond even better to industry trends such as regulation, enterprise agile development and customer experience development. Midagon’s approach to the Banking and Insurance Industry transformation focuses on a sensible Business + Data + IT balance. This means taking into account the three points of view but also ensuring that all development activities deliver true business benefits and contribute to the larger development portfolio and objectives. 

In March, a new Banking and Insurance Community will also be established in addition to the six other Communities that started in 2021, to support the strategic growth and project delivery in this area. The community will aim at sharing knowledge and exchanging ideas about current trends impacting the industry – both with Midagon’s internal team and external stakeholders, such as clients and vendors.
